We just went to a meeting with Celia's orphanage director and staff. They told us that Celia was at the orphanage for one month and then was moved into a foster family for the last 8 months. They said that she is very brave and intuitive. We have already found that out. She is into everything and she will grab people in the elevator. She is wonderful. She seems to be attaching to us well. We hope that continues. Tomorrow we will be going to the notarization office and to Wal-Mart. Here are some pictures from the meeting today. Enjoy.
