- 8/8/09 ~ Sightseeing tour to the Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tian An Men Square
- 8/9/09 ~ Fly to Nanchang (Where Celia lives) at 8:05 AM
- 8/9/09 ~ We will meet Celia at our hotel at 4:00 PM
- 8/10/09 ~ Do relevant paperwork
- 8/11/09 ~ Shopping for Celia
- 8/12/09 ~ Sightseeing to XiangHu Park
- 8/13/09 ~ Sightseeing to Teng Wang Ge
- 8/14/09 ~ We will receive Celia's passport
- 8/15/09 ~ We will fly to Guangzhou
- 8/16/09 ~ Sightseeing tour to Chen family temple

Hello from Greg and Dana. We started our journey to Celia on July 12, 2005. After many years of hoping to have a child biologically we have found that God is leading us on a different journey. A journey of adoption, just as God has adopted us. We are thrilled to have this opportunity to parent a child. We hope you enjoy going along with us on this journey.

- June 19, 2009 - Received our referral.
- February 5, 2009 ~ We found out that the CCAA has our LID listed as March 16, 2006.
- January 10, 2009 ~ Received our I-171H in the mail. All of our paperwork is up to date. We are now ready to receive our referral and go to China.
- December 6, 2008 ~ We were refingerprinted.
- November 19, 2008 ~ We got our notice to be refingerprinted at the USCIS office.
- November 4, 2008 ~ We sent in our paperwork to renew our I-171H. This was our one time free extension.
- February 6, 2007 ~ We are now pending referral! Now we start the REALLY LONG wait!!!
- November 6, 2006 ~ Our dossier is now in the Review Room
- May 15, 2006 ~ Received our Brown Envelope from China
- May 4, 2006 ~ Our dossier is in the translation room at the CCAA
- March 20, 2006 ~ We logged in at the CCAA today. This is a BIG day for us!
- February 24, 2006 ~ GWCA sent our dossier to China
- February 15, 2006 ~ Sent completed dossier to GWCA
- February 6, 2006 ~ Sent dossier to the Chinese Embassy
- January 26, 2006 ~ Fed-ex dossier to Secretary of State's office in Washington, D C to have it certified
- January 25, 2006 ~ Had the I-171H notarized, certified and authenticated which completed all of the paperwork for the dossier
- January 23, 2006 ~ Our I-171H form came in the mail (this was the last thing we needed to complete our dossier)
- November 16, 2005 ~ We were fingerprinted by immigration and had all of our paperwork notarized, certified and authenticated by the Secretary of State
- October 3, 2005 ~ Agency came to our house to finish our home-study
- September 14, 2005 ~ Mailed immigration papers (I-600A)
- September 7, 2005 ~ Applied for police background checks
- August 30, 2005 ~ Filed for our passports
- August 17, 2005 ~ Sent in adoption agreement
- August 1, 2005 ~ Met at Miriam's Promise to begin our home-study
- July 19, 2005 ~ We received an e-mail from GWCA stating that they received our application
- July 13, 2005 ~ We mailed in our application to Great Wall China Adoption Agency
